How often are API/SDK changes made that can break my code?

We ensure completeness and correctness while implementing our API / SDK. However, we are constantly updating our API / SDK with more and improved features. Even during this process, we ensure our best to avoid any client-side impact/changes.

We keep our customers updated about all our changes through:

1. Release notes on the Release Notes page for Web API and Download SDK page for Android and iOS SDK.
2. Email notifications to all our customers in advance for any major changes

We also supporting backward compatibility for most of our APIs.
