Which all APIs need permission/access grants from Life Fitness?

Most of our APIs need no special permission/access grants from Life Fitness. However, certain APIs and callbacks require permissions to enable them. These APIs and callbacks are protected to allow access to confidential and sensitive data of end users, facilities and LF equipment only to authorized customers.

The following APIs require approval for use from Life Fitness:

1. /api/assets/usage
2. /api/asset_facilities/facility_info
3. /api/asset_facilities/get_equipment_list
4. /api/asset_facilities/enable_facility_sso
5. /api/asset_facilities/disable_facility_sso
6. /api/asset_facilities/set_sso_web_url
7. /api/asset_facilities/sso_info

The following callbacks require approval for receiving callback notifications from Life Fitness:

1. Cardio Callbacks:
   • User Logged In
   • User Workout Started
   • User Workout data
   • User Workout Ended
   • User Logged Out
2. Strength Callbacks:
   • User Logged In
   • User Workout Results
   • User Logged Out
3. Asset Callbacks:
   • Asset stats

Callback subscription / API access for all your facilities can be enabled by adding their facility IDs (Obtained from your Halo Fitness Cloud account) to your Halo Fitness for Developers Web API license. You will receive callback notifications from Life Fitness for all subscribed events for all the facilities added to the license.
